RMS contains data points for virtually everything your team would need to know about a service location down to the GPS coordinates of each door on the premises should you choose to get that detailed with your profiles. Navigate your officers to the precise locations needing their attention. Emergency contacts, post orders, briefing instructions, images, maps...you name it, it's in there, including the ability to track which employees have or have not acknowledged an instruction.
Whether your dispatcher is a patrol officer with a forwarded landline, or whether you operate a staffed dispatch center, RMS delivers user friendly call cards allowing your team to collect pertinent data and deploy it to field personnel efficiently, effectively and reliably. With reading and driving a hazardous endeavor, this CAD allows those with call recording systems to attach sound files to calls - allowing your officers to listen to the call they are headed to.
Tired of paying for bad tows? RMS' robust parking enforcement system reduces human error by incorporating client parking rules into data sets. Your officer need only enter the plate and perform the action(s) directed by the software. The officer companion app allows officers to seamlessly include images with their parking enforcement records and guides your team in the collection of appropriate images, ensuring effective and risk-reduced tagging and towing operations!
Incident Reporting is managed independently of benign patrol logging to provide for enhanced intelligence collection and the production of meaningful, crisp statistical reports for your client presentations and operational planning. You are in control and can populate your account with a myriad of categories, types and dispositions that you are most interested in collecting and presenting for your purposes.
An abundance of reports are available in RMS, each of which can be restricted to online access or distributed on their own schedules to their own recipient groups. The standard daily report is anything but standard, and will provide clients with a highly organized, legible and attractive daily report including an Incident Summary, followed by page-broken incident reports, patrol logs, persons of interest and parking enforcement data (including images).
Formal trespass programs are en vogue, but proper use of these processes demands a robust record keeping system that clearly communicates to your team where these programs may be deployed, eligible violators, historical contact records and more. RMS empowers your team with the tools they need to track warnings, notice issuance, processing with local law enforcement and follow-up features useful in upholding issued notices.
CSC urges PPOs to use readily available, durable laptop style mobile devices to get the best out of RMS. The best system in the world will still under deliver if you ask your staff to generate incident reports on a handheld mobile device. Regardless, RMS provides its suite of services in both formats: browser based desktop version or iOS/Android mobile platform. For best results, staff should employ both a laptop for robust reporting, complemented by the RMS mobile app for field images.
New users may begin using RMS on a monthly flat rate basis of $500.00. This will incorporate your service initiation fee (CSC will import your existing data into its database to get you off to a running start within 72 hours of payment). This flat rate will grant you 10 user licenses. A user license is required for each employee accessing RMS, as well as one license per client/project you service with RMS.
After your first 10 user licenses are used, the fee structure for additional user accounts drops substantially to $10.00 monthly per client/project account and $5.00 monthly per employee account. Inactive accounts or employees may be retained in the system at a rate of $1.00 monthly per archived account. Archived accounts will be "read only" records and may not be edited, but may still be accessed online for viewing, printing or e-mailing as needed.
CSC RMS resides on a very secure platform hosted by Amazon Web Services. The raw data is held in a secure, mirrored, load balanced server array. The project is mirrored across sever farms throughout the United States and beyond, rendering the back-end resistant to local outages or anomalies. If high usage slows performance, traffic is shifted to mirrored instances to keep everyone running smoothly. While no one can guarantee 100% up-time, AWS is extremely reliable!
On or about the first of each month, you will be invoiced for the base rate plus any extended user accounts active at any time during the preceding calendar month. A report identifying the billed user accounts will be provided with your invoice. Invoices will be delivered by e-mail and due 15 days beyond the invoice date. A 1.5% late fee will be applied to any late payments. Any account that is over 15 days past due will be suspended.
